Celebrate 50 years of art and community at the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art’s 50th Anniversary Celebration Cash Bash, a Mardi Gras–themed fundraising event on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 5:30–10:00 p.m. at the Bavarian Aid Society in Altoona. Guests will enjoy a lively, casual evening featuring Bourbon Street style jazz by the Deacons of Dixieland, a Cajun-inspired buffet catered by Mayfield at the Capitol Hotel, and nonstop excitement with cash prize drawings held approximately every 10 minutes, themed raffle baskets, and a 50/50. Tickets are $100 and include admission for two, dinner for two, drink tickets, and chances to win over $6,800 in prizes, culminating in a $2,000 grand prize announced at 9:30 p.m.; attendance is limited to 200 tickets and guests must be 21 or older to participate in drawings.
