We are able to open our doors to the public free of charge because of proceeds raised from our events. The SAMA museums offer luncheons with guest speakers, art classes, community events and award-winning student education programs. We cannot do it without the support of our communities. Altoona's Dueling Pianos is an electric evening of excitement hosted in the fall at the luxurious The Blairmont Club in Hollidaysburg. This event features an incredible performance of dueling pianos by The Flying Ivories.

Bedford's Soirée is a semi-formal affair; this year with a new location and theme. At the Museum, enjoy an enchanting night of artistic indulgence and charitable giving.

Ligonier's Garden Party is held in the summer among the beautiful gardens of SAMA Ligonier. Every year, we pick a new theme that highlights the current exhibition and fundraiser attire.
SAMA's Gala is the largest fundraiser of the year hosted in the summer at the Altoona Hotel. This event boasts the most impressive live auction items you can't get anywhere else!
