Entry Requirements:

• $25 non-refundable application fee

• Application form

• JPEG images of maximum 3 artworks for consideration *300 dpi resolution or higher, one JPEG per submission unless the work is in the round

• Works must fit through a door that is 78” h x 32” w in size

• Work should be from the past 2-3 years and should not have been exhibited at previous juried exhibitions in the area​​​

• Artistic statement regarding conceptual insight to the work (optional)

APPLY BY MAIL: ​

• Mail check for $25 made out to Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art to SAMA Bedford at 137 E. Pitt St. Bedford, PA 15522

• Include completed application form

• CD or USB drive of 3 jpegs of work

• Email materials to submissions@sama-art.org with subject “2026 Biennial Application”

• Attach completed application form

• Attach 3 jpegs of work

• Email text must include the following information: artist’s name, address, phone number, email address, titles of works being submitted, date created for each artwork, insurance value for each artwork, type of media, dimensions of each artwork, and conceptual artistic statement.
