Plein Air Wet Sale

Ligonier Valley will host its annual Winter Plein Air Paint Out and Wet Sale Exhibition, February 19-22, 2026. Artists will once again have the opportunity to capture the simple elegance of our community, sharing the winter wonder. Following three days of painting, SAMA will hold a “Wet Sale and Exhibition” open to the public and free of charge. Visitors will have the opportunity to purchase freshly painted works of art while chatting with the artists. If you are unable to make the reception, paintings will be hanging in the gallery for viewing and purchase until Wednesday, March 4, 2026. “Winter Plein Air Paint Out” offers cash prizes generously sponsored by local businesses and foundations to participating artists. A $35 non-refundable registration fee is required for artists wishing to participate in the event.
