Vietnam Revisited: 58 Years Later

Join Vietnam veteran Bob Rummel, a 1968 United States Air Force Airborne veteran who served with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam, for a special Veterans Day presentation reflecting on combat, sacrifice, remembrance, and reconciliation. Rummell will share firsthand memories of his service, including the September 5–6, 1968 battle in which 31 soldiers were killed and 40 wounded in approximately 30 minutes. He will also share photographs and stories from his recent return to Vietnam, where he participated in a mission of reconciliation between American veterans and former Vietnamese combatants.  Cost to attend is $10 per person and includes light refreshments.
