Ekphrastic Poetry Workshop

"Ekphrastic" poetry, from the Greek meaning “description,” refers to poems inspired by art. In this workshop, participants will create their own ekphrastic poetry using the current exhibitions as inspiration, then share and workshop their poems together. Selected participants will be invited to present their work at a December open mic event and/or at the Val Rossman Exhibition Celebration on Saturday, November 9, from 2 to 4 p.m. Recommended Ages 18+.
