PARTICIPATE in Paint Bedford County

Artists interested in participating in the Paint Bedford County: The Premiere Outdoor Painting Event and Sale are required to register by May 22, 2026, using the link below or mailing the attached form and fee to the Museum at 137 E. Pitt St. Bedford, PA 15522. A $35 non-refundable participation fee is required for artists, and participation is limited to 50 entrants. Registered artists and day-of participants will check in at Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art in Bedford at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 22, 2026. The weekend concludes with a Wet Sale from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 24th, held at Omni Bedford Springs where awards will be distributed. Cash awards will be given for Best of Show, Award of Excellence, and Honorable Mention generously sponsored by local businesses.
