Loretto The Art of Mindfulness

SAMA Mindfulness Workshops will introduce participants to a variety of mindfulness techniques to calm the mind and return your attention to the present moment. Beginner and seasoned meditators alike will enjoy these group classes and do so in a safe, spacious environment surrounded by art. Workshops will be held in the Sullivan gallery at SAMA Loretto from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, and a virtual option will be considered if requested by interested participants. Workshop is free to students or $5 per session for regular admission, and is to be paid upon arrival.
