Ligonier Beginner's Watercolor Painting

This workshop can be accessed in-person or virtually and will run from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, March 7, 2022 at SAMA Ligonier. If you choose the virtual option, you receive the workshop Zoom link via email upon registration. If you plan on attending in-person, the event will be held on-site at SAMA Ligonier. A supply list will be emailed upon registration. The cost to attend is $25 per person for the afternoon. 

Peg’s goal is to take everyday objects and change the ordinary into the extraordinary. Painting with watercolor has been Peg’s passion for the past forty years. By participating in several art organizations in the area, she keeps up on the latest art trends. Peg has also been accepted into several national art exhibitions and is the signature member of Pennsylvania’s Watercolor Society.

During this workshop, Peg will teach you some essential basics of watercolor painting and provide a step-by-step demonstration. She will also show you how to start your painting, develop the subject, then put some finishing touches on your own creation!
