Dueling Pianos

Join the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art at Altoona for Dueling Pianos: Stars, Stripes & Art on Friday, November 6, 2026, at Scotch Valley Country Club. This USO-inspired evening will bring the community together through nostalgia, patriotism, art, music, and dancing with a high-energy performance by The Flying Ivories. Enjoy delicious hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, and a silent auction—all in support of SAMA Altoona’s exhibitions and educational programming. Guests are encouraged to embrace the spirit of America 250 by wearing dress blues, patriotic formalwear, or their finest red, white, and blue attire to get pictures taken by SLY Photography with the backdrop balloon artistry returning from Balloon Legends LLC. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.; event runs 6:30–11:00 p.m. Sponsorships are also available. Swing, celebrate, and support the arts as SAMA looks ahead to the next 250 years of American creativity.
