Bedford Plein Air Workshop

The plein air (open air) workshop is with local oil painter and award winning plein air artist, Heather Davis, on Saturday, May 22nd from 10:00 a.m. to approximately 12:00 p.m. compliments the current exhibition Trees: An Appreciation of Nature. Cost to attend is $30 for members or $35 for non-members. Walkins are welcome but registration is encouraged.

This workshop is designed to help painters with many aspects of their painting knowledge such as increase confidence, improve live painting techniques, cope with weather conditions, learn special tips for limited time, learn compositional and overall approach, produce painting samples of their own with professional instruction The class is not about completing a single painting, but about sending artists out into the world prepared to do their very best with the tools and materials needed to create beautiful plein air works of art.
