Bedford Pastel Techniques

Techniques of the application of pastel will be taught by Collin Cessna, a full-time artist working in Baltimore County, Maryland. All skill levels are welcome to learn how to create a pastel still life. Collin Cessna studied visual arts at the George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology. In college, he studied Environmental Science and worked in the construction field for several years before returning to a life of creating art. Collin specializes in painting and drawing landscapes and portraits in the medium of pastel. Event sponsored by Dick Blick. Materials provided or bring your own prefered materials if you prefer.
