Altoona Exhibition Reception

Join us for an evening event at the opening reception with wine, beer, and light refreshments to celebrate the exhibition on Saturday, November 13th from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Learn from Josh Leff about his process and inspiration during the artist talk that evening. This event is free to attend, however, we suggest a $10 donation at registration to help support this program and other programs offered by SAMA. Registration is encouraged, but not required, at sama-art.org to help us better prepare for events.

The small sculptures, lit from inside, both glow and project light outward. The resulting piece is an overwhelming experience with form, light, and space. Leff’s abstract, otherworldly artwork encourages the viewer to disconnect from their everyday and to explore this light-altered space.
