Altoona Dinner with the Artist (2)

Watch and talk with him while he creates art as part of our Artist in the Window series from July 13-17th at the museum between 12:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. An intimate dinner on July 14th from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. will be a catered event, where guests will meet the artist and enjoy an evening of good food. Tickets are $40 for members and $50 for nonmembers. Brian Ford is an artist working in ink drawings who gathers his inspiration from the local outdoors. Growing up Brian always preferred anything nature. Whether it was playing in the nearby creek, camping with his family, or hiking with his dad, the outdoors has always been his true passion. His main medium of choice is pen and ink, with the occasional dabbling in acrylic paintings. He spends hours creating and losing himself in detailed drawings of elegant trees, showing their various textures, shapes and variety.
