Skip Allen Exhibition Celebration

Join the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art for the Opening Exhibition Celebration of Conversations with Light, an exhibition of photographs by Skip Allen on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:30 PM. Conversations with Light explores his decades-long pursuit of visual storytelling through light, texture, and landscape. A lifelong photographer, Allen developed a deep connection to landscape photography, creating images that reveal the beauty and character of a place through careful observation and patience. Influenced by mentors including Bill Bordas and Rod Dresser, his work reflects more than 55 years of photographic experience and artistic growth.
