Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for the arts? The Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art (SAMA) is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as the SAMA Bedford Site Director. As the Site Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational success and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve organizational goals.

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and implement plans to optimize productivity and quality.

Protects, preserves, and promotes SAMA’s permanent collection of fine art treasures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree: advanced degree in Art History, Business, or related degree preferred.

Proven experience in a leadership role within a museum, non-profit, or business experience.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals.
