The beauty of the galleries, the enchantment of the gardens—no matter where you choose to stage your event—SAMA provides the ideal setting to take your event to new heights.

SAMA Altoona (5580 sq. ft.)
The Shirley Pechter and Paul Detwiler Galleries are a changing exhibition space ideal for private meetings, small seminars and small groups for a seated dinner. During normal business hours, the space is available to local non-profits for small meetings one time per year at a nominal fee (dependent on availability), please contact the Museum for details.

SAMA Bedford (3748 sq. ft.)
Surrounded by artifacts from the region’s history, this unique space provides the perfect conversation piece for any reception or medium seated event.

Dream Spaces

SAMA Ligonier Valley (2040 sq. ft.)
Located on the Museum’s main floor, these three adjoining rooms offer a versatile space.

Ligonier Valley Gardens (1+ acres)
The outdoor gardens feature sculptures and exquisite floral abundance. This space is ideal for weddings, family gatherings and many other special events.

SAMA Loretto (7024 sq. ft.)

Located on the Museum’s main and second floors, this space features a a view from above. This space can accommodate large seated events. This large space will provide the perfect setting for wedding ceremonies, birthday parties for kids and adults, corporate meetings and more.
